Payments

We accept:

All payments are collected through PayPal & Stripe, to ensure the highest security level.

Shipping

We ship globally for free. We’ll make sure to send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. After getting the confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped, you can track it at – www.17track.net

Average delivery estimates from the time of purchase are:

  • European Union: 7-14 business days
  • United States: 12-24 business days
  • Canada: 12-24 business days
  • Australia: 12-24 business days
  • New Zealand: 12-24 business days

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on used items. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.

Please note, that we require a photo of the damage/problem, including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please, notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.

Steps to follow:

  1. Describe your return package or complaint with as many details as possible. Please include your order number.
  2. You receive a message with information on where to send the product(s)
  3. We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
  4. After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products, and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute.

Products can be returned within 14 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final.
